THE COURSE

The GYROTONIC® Level 1 Pre-Training Course is the first step on the Teacher Training pathway. This 6-day, 30-hour course builds strength, awareness, and understanding of Level 1 exercises, preparing you for the Foundation Course.

It’s also suitable for dedicated students wanting to deepen their personal practice, even if not pursuing teaching certification.

COURSE DETAILS

Prerequisites

• Minimum of 10 sessions with a Licensed GYROTONIC® Trainer.
• Basic familiarity with Level 1, Progression 1 material.
• Private preparation can be arranged if needed.

What You’ll Gain

• Preparation for the GYROTONIC® Level 1 Foundation Course.

Structure & Group Size

• 6 days / 30 hours (typically across two long weekends).
• Small group training (max 3 trainees per tower).

Upon Completion

Graduates can continue to the GYROTONIC® Level 1 Foundation Course, the next step in becoming a certified GYROTONIC® Trainer.
